USA Today recently released its 2018 Readers’ Choice picks for the 10 best attractions in Tennessee, and we’re pleased to report that Dollywood took the #2 spot. To compile the list, the newspaper consulted a panel of experts to determine the top 20 nominees, and then the 10 winners were selected via an online vote. A brand new shopping and entertainment complex is under development in Pigeon Forge, TN! Dubbed the Mountain Mile & Tower Shops, this eagerly anticipated destination will feature retail stores, attractions, restaurants, and even more fun things to see and do. LEGO fans will definitely want to stop by Pigeon Forge’s Titanic Museum Attraction during their next vacation! Throughout the 2018 season, the museum will display a replica of the RMS Titanic that was built entirely out of LEGOs. Made from 56,000 bricks, the 26-foot long ship is the largest LEGO replica of the Titanic in the world. The Titanic Museum Attraction is the first and only place in the United States where the LEGO ship can be seen.

Update: Due to popular demand, Dollywood is extending the dates for its Smoky Mountain Christmas Festival! The theme park will now be open on January 2 and January 3, 2018 from 11 a.m. - 9 p.m. Dollywood originally planned to close for the season on January 1, but many guests asked the theme park to stay open for a few additional days. Lots of schools remain closed for Christmas break in early January, which makes the start of the new year the perfect time for a trip to Pigeon Forge.
