Recently, The Island in Pigeon Forge tied for second place in the Top 100 U.S. Attractions for Web, Social Media and Brand Presence! In the 2021 Attractions Digital Customer Experience Report by LaneTerralever, The Island ranked in the top of its class, alongside The Great Wolf Lodge, Legoland in California, the San Diego Zoo and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The Island was judged on its website experience, social media presence, and overall brand impression. Scoring 84 out of 100, The Island was one of only 11 attractions to score at the “Top of the Class” ranking (81-100). The scores are broken down by 40% Social Media, 30% Brand Experience, and 30% Website. This is such an honor for The Island because a high score in these areas means they are well connected and have a good relationship with their audience!
