Great Pumpkin LumiNights will also feature new pumpkin-themed food options, entertainment and interactive opportunities for park guests to enjoy a nightly finale during the fall festival. Here are some of the highlights of Great Pumpkin LumiNights:
Character Meet & Greet: Kids have the opportunity to meet and greet a new pumpkin patch of friends, including Harvey the Pumpkin and Vine Winny!
Master Carvers: The Great Pumpkin LumiNights master carvers show you how this event is brought to life! You will get to watch as they carve intricate designs for the displays that fill up Timber Canyon.
Glow Face Painting: Get your own glow on with unique glow face painting! Kaman artists create unique paintings throughout the day that come alive when the sun goes down.
Specialty Foods: Timber Canyon will be filled with the delicious aroma of your favorite fall foods, like pumpkin funnel cakes, caramel apple sundaes and candy corn cotton candy.
Specialty Merchandise: Great Pumpkin LumiNights has plenty of specialty merchandise for you to purchase as a souvenir to remind you of what a great time you had at the festival!
More About the Harvest Festival
When you attend Dollywood’s Harvest Festival, you’ll see thousands of carved and illuminated jack-o-lanterns immersing families in fabulous fall fun! Not only can you experience the Great Pumpkin LumiNights, but you will get to see the work of unique artisans from around the country! These artisans share their beautiful handmade crafts, and many even set up shop to demonstrate traditional crafts for you. Also, the festival includes the Southern Gospel Jubilee, which fills the valleys of the Smoky Mountains with inspirational and uplifting hymns from some of the world’s biggest groups, like Gold City and Ernie Hasse! There are more than 500 concerts that are free with admission.
