New Ice Cream Shop in Pigeon Forge: The Yard Milkshake Bar
A new ice cream shop is coming to Pigeon Forge, and it’s unlike anything you’ve ever seen before! The Yard Milkshake Bar creates specialty milkshakes that are over the top, in appearance and flavor! The Yard Milkshake Bar
The Yard Milkshake Bar was started by husband and wife team Logan and Chelsea Green. Their start in ice cream goes back to 2011 when Chelsea and her mom opened their first ice cream shop. Their store did so well, the husband and wife duo decided to open a second store in 2017. They wanted the second shop to be unlike anything else, so Chelsea decided to create crazy milkshakes. The Yard Milkshake Bar went on to be so successful that there are franchises all over the country.
The Yard Milkshake Bar will be located at Lumberjack Square 2530 Parkway #5 in Pigeon Forge. A grand opening is scheduled for April 1, 2022.
The Milkshake Menu
The Yard Milkshake Bar will offer some of their signature milkshake flavors with incredible toppings. Here are a few of their signature milkshakes:
The Cereal Killer – Marshmallow overload ice cream with red marshmallow cream drizzle in a marshmallow cream dipped jar rolled in Fruity Pebbles and topped with whipped cream, red marshmallow drizzle, Fruity Pebbles, and a Fruity Pebbles treat.
Old School Banana Split – Strawberry and banana pudding ice cream in a chocolate iced jar rolled in peanuts and topped with whipped cream, strawberry topping, peanuts, chocolate drizzle, a cherry, and a banana.
Cookie Monster – Cookie monster ice cream in a chocolate iced jar rolled in Cookie Crisp cereal and topped with whipped cream, chocolate, marshmallow cream drizzle, Cookie Crisp, and a cookie dough sandwich.
Every location of The Yard Milkshake Bar has an exclusive flavor you’ll only find at that location. Pigeon Forge’s signature flavor is, of course, inspired by Dolly Parton. This milkshake is called The Dolly: All of Dolly’s Favorite Things. It is strawberry ice cream with rainbow marshmallow drizzle in a chocolate iced jar rolled in rainbow sprinkles with pretzels around the rim. It is topped with rainbow whipped cream, colored white chocolate butterflies, and rainbow sprinkles.

The Yard Milkshake Bar is known for their specialty milkshakes, but they also serve other sweet treats! This will definitely be one of the top spots for ice cream in Pigeon Forge with their flavor selection! You can get birthday batter, cappuccino crunch, caramel cheesecake cookie monster, cinnamon bun, orange blossom, and so much more.
After you pick a flavor, you then get to decide how you want to eat it! Get your ice cream in a cup, cone, milkshake, or float. The Yard has a huge selection of toppings to choose from, and some of them include cookie butter drizzle, chocolate shavings, bananas, Oreo crumble, rock candy sticks, and so much more.
The Yard Milkshake Bar also has lactose free and gluten free milkshake and ice cream options.
In addition to ice cream, you will find edible cookie dough on their menu. You can get a scoop with your ice cream, just a scoop of cookie dough, in a mason jar, or as a cookie dough pop. Some of their flavors include M&M Sugar Cookie, Birthday Dunk A Dough, and Salty Caramel Chip.
