New Rides Now Open at The Island in Pigeon Forge

The Island in Pigeon Forge has now released to the public 4 of its 5 new rides! This means there are now more opportunities for fun at this unique Pigeon Forge amusement park! What Are The New Rides At The Island in Pigeon Forge?

 

Announcing recently on their social media, The Island in Pigeon Forge is on a mission to bring more attractions to their amusement park! 4 of their 5 new rides are now open to the public and have been met with positive feedback from guests! Clockwork is one of their newest rides at The Island! This bright red thrill ride is an orbiting-style ride with 4 rotating arms. Riders sit inside one of the 8 gondolas and fly over the top of the ride while remaining upright. To ride Clockwork, you will need to be at least 42” tall. Another new ride is High Score, a colorful air balloon ride with a sports theme. What makes this ride unique is that you are lifted over 60 feet in the air and then spun! You’ll need to be at least 36” tall to ride this one. The next new ride is Island FARM’n. On this ride, you can drive around on a track in farm-themed vehicles! This one is great for kids and does not require a minimum height. Looking for another thrill ride? You may enjoy Dance Party 360. This bright pink and yellow ride is a giant spinning and swinging pendulum that will take you high up in the air! You’ll need to be at least 48” tall to ride this thrill ride. The last ride, Tree Fall Drop Tower is not open to the public quite yet. Standing 65 feet tall, the Tree Fall Drop Tower ride will be a thrilling experience! Riders will be lifted, twisted, and then dropped from the bright green ride. You must be 48” tall to experience this ride at The Island in Pigeon Forge. 

How Much Does It Cost?

To experience these new rides at The Island in Pigeon Forge you will need to purchase tickets at the Ticket Center right next to the Great Smoky Mountain Wheel. Each ticket you purchase will be $5 and can be used for 1 of The Island rides. There is also another option! If you purchase the Unlimited Rides Pass you will have access to all Island Rides, the Thunder Dome Bungee, and The Great Smoky Mountain Wheel for $35.
