Roll On In offers everything from build-your-own burritos and bowls, to specialty burritos like the Pink Flamingo, which includes yum yum shrimp, carrot, cream cheese, green onion, cucumber, spinach, yum yum sauce and sesame seeds. It also has specialty bowls like the Shaggy Dog, which has sticky rice, tempura shrimp, crab salad, avocado, corn salsa, green onion, cheese, spicy mayo, soy and tempura.

Roll On In is located at 750 Winfield Dunn Parkway. This is the same spot as the new Smoky Mountain Gateway complex, which includes the already-open Hamrick’s and Publix.
