The folks at Top Trumps USA (that’s the team behind Monopoly) are putting together a custom version of the classic game that highlights the best businesses, attractions, and landmarks in the Great Smoky Mountains. Instead of Boardwalk or Park Place, you could see spaces for Dollywood, The Island in Pigeon Forge, or even old favorites like The Old Mill! Nothing’s set in stone yet, but the goal is a game that truly feels like the Smoky Mountains, full of its spirit, personality, and charm. Even the game’s Chance and Community Chest cards will have a regional twist, so it’s not just a themed board; it’s an all-out Smokies experience!
You Can Help Choose What’s Included

Whether you’re a fan, a local, or someone who has been visiting for years, you can nominate your favorite businesses, attractions, or nonprofits for the new Great Smoky Mountains Monopoly game. Maybe you nominate a favorite restaurant, a scenic overlook that is always on your itinerary, your family’s favorite attraction, or even a trail you’ve hiked countless times. Your suggestion could end up becoming a part of Monopoly history!
The nomination process is simple. Just fill out the official form and share the places you think really show what the Smokies are all about. Nominations are open to everyone, but don’t wait around: the deadline is June 30th, 2026, so you’ll want to submit your favorites sooner rather than later.
When Will the Game Be Released?
The Great Smoky Mountains Monopoly game is currently in the works, but you can expect it to hit shelves in spring 2027.
