To start your mountain biking experience at Ober Mountain, you’ll ride the scenic chairlift to the top of the mountain, offering you incredible views of Gatlinburg and the Smokies before you ever start pedaling!
You don’t even have to bring your own equipment to enjoy this family friendly activity in the Smoky Mountains! Ober Mountain offers bike, pad and helmet rentals to ensure you have all the equipment you need for a safe and memorable experience. The rental bikes at Ober Mountain are properly maintained to ensure optimal performance while enjoying the thrills of the trails! Helmets are required for all riders. If you choose to bring your own bike, it must meet certain standards of suspension.

Ober’s Mountain Coaster offers a thrilling, adrenaline pumping experience for folks of all ages! Reach speeds of up to 25 miles per hour as you travel 3,750 feet down the ride for 5.5 minutes of incredible fun and excitement you’re sure to never forget!
In the winter, enjoy skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing and much more!
