As the first chairlift in the area, the scenic Gatlinburg Sky Lift has been a family tradition for over 40 years. Reaching 1,800 feet high, at the top of Crockett Mountain, everyone is sure to enjoy the smooth ride and clear skies. Be sure to pack a camera for the ride because the pictures from atop the mountain will be stunning and unlike any photograph you will be able to take from the roadside!
A Scenic and Budget-Friendly View of Gatlinburg Attractions
The best thing about the Gatlinburg Sky Lift is that it is one of the premier budget-friendly Gatlinburg attractions. The lift is $13 for adults, $9.75 for children ages three to 11 and free for children two and under. Group rates for The Sky Lift are available for parties of 15 or more.
After your ride be sure to pick up a souvenir photo, you’ll want to remember the amazing views of Gatlinburg and the Gatlinburg attractions in the background. The photo is taken at the top of the Sky Lift and will be available for purchase at the gift shop in the overlook area. After picking up your photo, spend some time in the picnic area and enjoy the natural surroundings, or browse the souvenir gift shop.
