New Comedy Show in Pigeon Forge to Open June 28
Comedic legend Bob Nelson will soon have audiences rolling in their seats with laughter at his new show in Pigeon Forge. At the aptly named Bob Nelson Theater, doors are set to open to audience members on June 28. Nelson’s comedy show promises to bring a family-friendly comedy show in Pigeon Forge like never seen before.
Nelson is best known for his one-man act that incorporates a variety of comical characters with a lot of laughs. Nelson fans will be pleased to know that his comical football routine and “Morning” act of a farmer and a duck will be coming with him to the new show in Pigeon Forge.
Audience members may also remember Nelson from his local performances at Comedy Barn, or from time spent working with late comedian Rodney Dangerfield. Nelson has also appeared several times on longtime favorite tv shows like The Merv Griffin Show, The Late Show and David Letterman. Nelson also made appearances in popular movies like Kindergarden Cop with Arnold Schwarzenegger.
The Bob Nelson Theater is located at 2115 Parkway in Pigeon Forge across from the Titanic Museum. Shows will run six days a week starting at 8 p.m. Matinee shows will also be available on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 3 p.m.
