New Gatlinburg Attraction Now Open: Gatlinburg Pinball Museum

A new attraction is now open in Gatlinburg! The Gatlinburg Pinball Museum has the largest collection of pinballs and retro games in the Smoky Mountains. We’ve got all the info on this new Gatlinburg attraction and what you can expect when you visit:

About the Gatlinburg Pinball Museum

classic pinball machineAt the Gatlinburg Pinball Museum, the history of a museum meets the fun of an arcade. The museum’s goal is to give visitors a fun and informative experience through the love of pinball. The collection includes mostly limited editions from both modern times and dating all the way back to the 1960s! Here are just some of the many pinballs you’ll find in the museum:

  • Medieval Madness
  • Attack from Mars
  • Lord of the Rings
  • Metallica
  • Dialed In
  • The Addams Family Gold Edition
  • The Walking Dead
  • 1965 classic Gottlieb Sky-Line

You can find this new Gatlinburg attraction at 205 Historic Nature Trail, just past the Gatlinburg Space Needle. Admission is $12 for adults and $10 for children age 10 and under.

More New Gatlinburg Attractions

In 2018, we welcomed Ice Bumper Cars at Ober Gatlinburg and the opening of the Rail Runner Mountain Coaster at Anakeesta. Ice Bumper Cars offers a fun take on a classic attraction! People of all ages can have a blast spinning around the ice and bumping into other cars. The attraction is located on the indoor ice skating rink at Ober Gatlinburg, which is now separated into sections for both ice skating and Ice Bumper Cars. The Rail Runner Mountain Coaster at Anakeesta is a single-rail mountain coaster that is the first of its kind in the United States. The Rail Runner takes you on a thrilling downhill ride with a 400 ft. elevation change and can hit speeds of 25 miles per hour!

New Gatlinburg Restaurants

Cliff Top Grill & Bar opened at Anakeesta, offering gorgeous mountain views while you dine, and Split Rail Eats opened in the Great Smoky Arts & Crafts Community, offering the best homemade comfort food. Other restaurants that opened recently in the Smoky Mountain area include Teaffle, Cookie Dough Monster, and Five Oaks Farm Kitchen. Coming in 2019 to Gatlinburg is Blake Shelton’s Old Red Restaurant, which will offer both food and entertainment.
