In 2021, the original owners decided it was time to let the restaurant go, but they found new people who shared the same passion and tradition. To this day, they have the same made-from-scratch menu items which include home-grown vegetables and handmade dough for pizzas! In addition, they serve other Italian classics, such as spaghetti, calzones, stromboli, and more.

5. Johnny Carino’s

Located right on the Parkway in Pigeon Forge, Johnny Carino’s is an easy place to stop for some delicious Italian food during your day of sightseeing. They have all sorts of tasty choices, so everyone in the family is sure to find something they love. This restaurant is probably most known for its handcrafted pizzas which are created with housemade dough and cooked to perfection! You can either create your own pizza or try one of the specialty options, which includes Johnny’s Favorite. This pizza is piled high with Italian sausage, pepperoni, smoked bacon, green peppers, mushrooms, black olives, red onions, Roma tomatoes, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese! Now that’s a pizza!
