Bear Summit lives up to it's name sitting high on the top of Hidden Springs Resort in Pigeon Forge, with panoramic views as far as the eye can see. Enjoy non-stop entertainment without ever having to take a step outside of the resort. A spacious 3 level layout gives everyone plenty of space to stretch out and relax. The onsite resort indoor heated pool is open year round.

Living Room
The main level living space is open with extra-high ceilings, tons of natural light pouring through the wall of windows, and 2 comfy sofas to unwind. There’s an electric (heated) fireplace for cool mountain evenings and a big screen TV for entertainment.

Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher), granite countertops, and a large island with additional seating. Grab morning coffee, whip up your favorite breakfast, lunch, & dinner, or heat up restaurant leftovers for lunch in the microwave.

Dining Area
Just off the kitchen the dining area has windows for scenic meals and a long log table with chairs. Combined with the kitchen island with 4 seats, a small breakfast table with 2 seats, plus the sofa seating nearby, everyone will have a spot to enjoy mealtimes. The dining area is also ideal for board games with friends and family.

Rec Room
Play a game of pool in the 2nd level rec room while taking in the breathtaking views. Billiards not your thing? Head downstairs to the lower level rec room for a game of air hockey or play the old favorites like Pac Man, Galaga and more on the multi-cade. There's even a wooden train track play area for the little ones.

Theater Room
Movie Night! A large projector screen, DVD player and theater style seating for 12 with 2 additional game chairs. Hit pause, rewind, and play whenever you please and grab endless bowls of buttery popcorn without ever having to leave the room!

Bedrooms
Main Level: Primary bedroom with king bed, flat screen TV, an en-suite bathroom & a jacuzzi tub for some extra rest and relaxation. Enjoy the views every morning. Deck access.
Middle Floor: The middle floor has a second primary bedroom with king bed, flat screen TV, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi tub and deck access. A third king bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV and deck access. The 4th bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV. Also on the middle level is a queen sleeper sofa located in the rec room with access to a full bathroom.
Lower Level: 2 Twin over Twin bunk beds

Outside
There are 2 spacious decks with jaw dropping views and plenty of seating options to enjoy it. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh air, and rock your way into a brand new day in one of the many rocking chairs. Grill out and have some lunch or take your dinner out to the picnic table on the upper deck. On special occasions you'll have front row seats to fireworks from Dollywood and Pigeon Forge.
