Welcome to the Mountains! Ava's Overlook is a modern 3BR cabin that is the perfect destination for your next Smokies getaway! The cabin is located in a gated resort community, surrounded by the beautiful Smoky Mountains. Enjoy family movie night (or the big game) in the living room with a gas fireplace. Outside, breathe in the fresh air as you sip your morning cup of coffee from the fully-stocked coffee bar. Relax in the comfortable beds after a fun day of adventure. And, feel free to have a cookout on the BBQ grill surrounded by great views! Ava's Overlook is a fantastic retreat to enjoy a mountain getaway and experience all of the adventure the area has to offer! You're a short drive to all the attractions and entertainment that the area has to offer. Go exploring in the National Park. Bring a lunch make the trip to Cades Cove for the day. Take a short drive to Dollywood! The cabin includes resort amenities, including a (seasonal) outdoor community pool, tennis court, pickleball court, basketball court, playground, frisbee golf, picnic area, and numerous walking trails! “Ava's Overlook" is the perfect spot for your next exciting getaway!

🏚️ THE CABIN
Welcome to the Smokies! Ava's Overlook is located in a quiet gated community. The newly renovated log cabin is the perfect place to enjoy the tranquility of the Great Smoky Mountains, while still being located close to all local attractions and entertainment. The cabin has a modern design and is surrounded by treetop canopy views! As our guest, you can enjoy access to the resort amenities, which includes an outdoor swimming pool (seasonal), playground and tennis courts. Outside, you'll love spending time on the multiple decks enjoying the fresh mountain air and stunning views. The decks have plenty of seating and are a perfect spot to relax in the morning with a cup of coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine. The cabin layout is ideal for families, a friends getaway, or a relaxing couples trip!

🛌 SLEEPING:
* Bedroom #1 (Main Level): Spacious bedroom with King-sized bed, closet, and Smart TV. This bedroom also includes an attached bathroom.
* Bedroom #2 (Loft): Spacious bedroom area with King-sized bed. This area has its own attached bathroom with jacuzzi tub, walk-in closet, and remote workstation.
* Bedroom #3 (Loft): Twin-over-full bunk beds. This space also includes bean bag chairs and an X-Box console! It shares a bathroom with the 2nd bedroom.
* Additional Sleeping: Sofa

🍽️ EATING:
Fully equipped kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and a full suite of appliances perfect for making any type of meals throughout your stay! The cabin includes pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has a large island table that seats eight.

🅿️ PARKING:
Free parking for up to 3 cars. Small RV or trailer could also be accommodated.
The last 2 miles to the cabin (inside the resort) involve steep and windy mountain roads. 4WD is strongly recommended during winter months.

* Quiet hours are 11pm-7am.
* Maximum occupancy is 7 guests.
* There is a strict no-smoking policy.
* There is a strict no-pet policy.
* No open flames of any kind -- including candles.
* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.
* The fireplace is unavailable April 1st - October 1st (Standard for cabins in the area)
