Nestled in the heart of Wears Valley, MYTHS OF THE MOUNTAIN is a peaceful, relaxing escape from everyday life. This modern mountain cabin is exquisitely crafted, comfortably furnished, and tastefully decorated...a quiet and serene retreat for you and yours.

This beautiful NEW (Dec '23) property has ample LEVEL PARKING for up to FOUR cars. Access to the property is a breeze as you travel paved roads that are not dangerously winding or steep. And the Crowning Glory? An amazing view of the mighty Cove Mountain, quietly greeting you in the distance.
We are conveniently located within minutes of all the popular area attractions, including Pigeon Forge (13 miles), Gatlinburg (20 miles), the breathtaking scenery of Cades Cove Historic District, and the Metcalf Bottoms entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. (5 miles)

ENTRANCE/FOYER
As you enter the cabin, the kitchen is to the left. The entrance/foyer has a carved mango wood cabinet which has the necessary pillows, sheets, etc for the Queen Sofabed. We have a wall-mounted coat rack and a Sheesham wood bench to sit on. A stand lamp/bookshelf holds a collection of wonderful reads and books of poetry from varied authors.

LIVING ROOM/DINING AREA
Gather around with your loved ones in our spacious living room. With comfortable leather and fabric sofas in hues of brown and gray, you can relax in front of the gas fireplace which turns on with a touch of a switch. Watch/stream your favorite shows/movies on the 65-inch Class Select Series 4K Smart ROKU TV with JBL Soundbar/Subwoofer for an immersive sound experience. Leaf through our carefully selected interesting coffee table books from local authors and National Geographic.

The adjacent dining area features a Wood Slab Live Edge Dining Table with 4 chairs and a bench that seats 2/3. The granite bar has 4 bar stools, making seating for a total of 10 people. The Sheesham wood sideboard makes a lovely backdrop in this space.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is sure to please any cook! We have complimentary K-cups, coffee filters, Green Tea, Cardamom Tea, Sugar, Salt, Pepper, Oil, Pam Spray, Herb Rack, Spices and Seasonings, Foil, Saran Wrap, Wax Paper, etc. Calphalon Select pots and frying pans are a delight to cook in. Your family will have ample dishes, server ware, utensils, small appliances like a waffle maker, blender, crock pot, rice cooker, and even an All-Clad Turkey Roaster big enough for cooking a 25-lb turkey for the holidays!

BEDROOMS
(1) Main Floor KING Bedroom, with private bathroom and access to the deck.
The private bathroom features two farmhouse wash basins, nine-foot shower with a glass door and honeycomb tile, marble floor, and a free-standing soaking bathtub with a bath caddy, for holding your favorite book, soap, phone, and a glass of wine.
Soak, simmer, and sip your stress away, as you look out to the beautiful views of Cove Mountain.
The King Bed features bedding from the Dutchcraft Mattress Company (Amish Quality Made in TN). Each of the two nightstands has two drawers for storing personal items. The lamps are equipped with night lights and USB chargers at the base.
Stream your favorite shows/movies on the NEW 43-inch 4K ROKU TV.
A beautiful six-drawer dresser offer ample storage and a luggage rack if provided for your convenience.
Prepare to get a restful night's sleep with our blackout curtains and quiet ceiling fan for your comfort.

(1) Queen Bedroom, on the UPPER floor, with a spacious closet and private door leading to the SHARED hall bathroom.
The shared bathroom features two farmhouse wash basins and a shower/tub combo with a sliding door.

This room has two nightstands, each with two drawers. Lamps have night lights and USB chargers at the base.
This room has NO DRESSER. There is a luggage rack for convenience in the spacious closet. Blackout curtains ensure a restful night's sleep. This bedroom has a ceiling fan also.

(1) Twin Room, with two Twin Trundle beds, providing a total of 4 twin beds. The Twin Trundle beds have Serta Three Inch Duocool Gel Memory Foam. The children's bedroom has NO TV. It has a spacious closet, and a cozy alcove with a sofa chair, reading lamp, books, cards, games, and puzzles.
The tufted cushion chest holds extra pillows, sheets, etc for the trundle beds. Blackout curtains ensure a restful night's sleep. This bedroom has a ceiling fan also.

*On the lower level, you'll find a Queen sleeper sofa in the main living area.

GAME LOFT AREA
Your entire family will enjoy our game room located in the loft area. With Foosball, a "cocktail style" Bourbon Barrel Arcade with sixty of America's 80's classic arcade games, several popular board/card games, and more ... your family will enjoy making memories on Family Game Night or rainy days!

LAUNDRY
On-site washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

THE OUTDOORS
Enjoy relaxing on our oversized 958 sq ft deck with pine wood ceilings. The ideal spot for outdoor grilling and dining, soaking in the hot tub, having fireside chats, wine, hors d' oeuvres at the gas FIRE PIT TABLE, or just enjoying the natural scenery from the cushioned rocking/swivel chairs.
The string of Edison lights, along the 120 ft length of the L-shaped deck, come on automatically on a timer from 5 pm to 11 pm daily. It makes a magical setting for your activities at dusk.
