"Forget me Knot" cabin is a beautiful cabin that sleeps up to 10 and is located in the prestigious Preserve Resort Community. There is no other area resort that has this combination of luxury, resort amenities, and spectacular Smoky Mountain views. The cabin features everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. You will be greeted by a wall of windows with panoramic views that will simply take your breath away. All amenities of the resort are included in your booking!

There are three levels to this cabin, including a loft and a game room featuring an air hockey table, foosball table, and 2 arcade systems. Have a blast with the Nintendo Wii and a large selection of games. "Forget Me Knot" is wi-fi enabled (equipped with the fastest available blast internet speed) with 4 TV's. Watch Hulu, Disney Plus, and ESPN plus for free with endless movies and TV shows on demand. Enjoy access to your personal favorite apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, and HBO Max (you must have a paid subscription). Have a family movie night with our large selection of DVD's. There are 2 master suites (1 king-size bed and 1 queen-size bed) and the loft has 2 spacious queen-size log beds. The game room sofa also converts into a sleeper bed, if needed. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker. Attention to detail was considered to ensure that every guest is comfortable and left wanting for "nothing."

You are just minutes to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park(ONLY 7 MILES AWAY), but far enough to enjoy the serene and peaceful setting of the mountains. Be close to major attractions while avoiding the traffic of the strip. You will feel as though you are sitting on top of the world as you sip your coffee from the deck, soak in the over-sized private hot tub, or relax in the rocking chairs.

Location:
Our cabin is about 10 minutes from the entrance to the Smoky Mountain National Park. We are a few miles off Wears Valley Road which is far enough for seclusion and privacy but close to all the amenities and entertainment that Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Townsend have to offer. You are close to many outdoor activities; horseback riding, zip line, river tubing, fly fishing, fishing, bike paths in Townsend as well as Cades Cove. The many shopping opportunities of Pigeon Forge and Sevierville are a 20 minute drive away. You can also visit the Titanic Museum, Aquarium, Dollywood or Dollywood Splash Country. In the winter months, ski down the slopes of Ober Gatlinburg.

*Maximum overnight occupancy (10 travelers); if over this amount $75 charge per person per day
*No pets-Any evidence of this will lead to eviction, no deposit return, and additional cleaning fees (up to $500).Frequent renters have severe pet allergies.
*No parties/events-Any evidence of this will lead to eviction, no deposit return, and additional cleaning fees (up to $500)
*No fireworks or outdoor campfires
*Any damage to cabin or items (or loss of items) within will lead to no deposit return and replacement fees
*No smoking inside or on the decks(tobacco, cigars, marijuana, or vaping)-Any evidence of this will lead to eviction, no deposit return, and additional cleaning fees (up to $500)
*No drugs of any kind permitted on premises
*All garbage must be stowed in the proper bear-proof garbage receptacles
*For security and safety the entrance and driveway to the cabin is under video surveillance.
*Check in time:4pm (door code will not work before this time); time may be later in high season or winter weather secondary to cleaning/maintenance between stays
*Check out time:10am(additional $100/hour charge past this time; our cleaners maintain a strict schedule)
*No refunds given secondary to weather or road conditions. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep and we highly recommend four-wheel or all wheel drive during the winter months.
*Hot tubs are fully inspected after each rental. Soaps, bubble baths, and oils are PROHIBITED in the Hot Tubs. There will be a minimum charge of $50.00 if any are found after your departure.
*Damage done to any hot tub cover will result in a $400.00 fee for replacement and will be charged to you if damages are discovered after you have checked out. By using the hot tub, and by accepting this reservation, you are absolving the owner of any and all responsibility/risk related to the hot tub or its use.
*Please leave the remote controls for the TV's in their respective places. There is a $20 fee for missing remotes.
