Welcome to Buck View Lodge! The amazing views of the Smoky Mountains extend for miles and miles right before your eyes. You will also have views of Douglas Lake below and can see boats speeding by. Live music can sometimes tend to drift up the mountain and remind you that you are truly somewhere special.

Buck View Lodge is located in the mountains while also being close to everything you will want to see and do, including Sevierville, Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg.

Enjoy the gorgeous views of the Smoky Mountains and Douglas Lake from a massive wrap around balcony equipped with classic wooden rocking chairs...The perfect spot to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a nice relaxing evening drink as the day slowly turns to night.

The spacious main level features high ceilings and that rustic cabin charm. You'll find a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa, matching chair and love seat. You can also enjoy the instant warmth from the picturesque fireplace on those chilly mountain mornings/evenings. Enjoy your favorite cable TV programs on a large flat screen TV, or surf the web on high speed wifi.

You'll feel right at home in the fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Seating and service for 8 guests (the dining table comfortably seats 6, however 2 extra dining chairs are provided inside the cabin in order for you to pull everyone together for a family dinner). A gas grill is located outside for your bbq pleasure (we are in bear country so please do not leave food unattended outside.)

The main level features 2 master suites each with their own bathroom. There is also a stackable washer and dryer on the main level.

The upstairs loft features additional sleeping quarters and a pool table. The spacious loft also has it's own balcony with seating and enjoyable views.

The cabin also has a large backyard with a fire pit and log bench seating. Roast some s'mores and enjoy family time around the fire.

Buck view Lodge is located in Douglas Lake Resort and this provides you with access to the lake via our private launching dock and use of the playground, nature trails and seasonal swimming pool. We recommend checking out the various boat rental companies around the lake. We have recently used Mountain Cove Marina and most of their pontoon boat rentals are brand new! They also have an on-site grill that has the best cheeseburgers on Douglas Lake. They occasionally have live music. If you plan to bring your own boat please contact us for parking/launching instructions.

We are not owned/managed by a big corporate rental agency. Josh, your 'Superhost' is local to the area and strives to provide you and your family with a safe, clean, enjoyable place to make memories for years to come!

ABSOLUTELY NO open flames/fire outside of provided gas grill and fire pit. Unauthorized fires (including candles) are subject to $100 fee plus damages.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING inside the cabin or on the balconies. Please smoke out front near the driveway and properly extinguish/dispose cigarettes away from vegetation.

The cabin can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests and 8 guests only! Per regulations NO additional guests are allowed! If more than 8 guests are present you will be kindly asked to leave the property with NO REFUNDS!

Driveway/parking/outside front door areas are under recorded video surveillance.
