This is a brand new luxury pool cabin! New construction in developing area.
Construction noise is possible but not common!

A double water purification system and softener for a better H2O experience! Say goodbye to stinky egg water & hello to silky soft water!

First Floor - 1 king bedroom w/ balcony, TV & en suite bathroom. Bathroom includes walk in shower w/ TWO shower heads. Fireplace, TV & pull out queen sleeper sofa. Puzzles and board games located in first floor bedroom closet & side table.

Second Floor - 2 king bedrooms w/ private balconies, TVs & en suite bathrooms w/ shower/tub combo. Fireplace, TV & pull out queen sleeper sofa. Air hockey table and over 400 arcade games!

Lower Level includes a heated pool of 85 degrees, TV, sectional seating, corn hole and a hot tub. Stacked washer & dryer. Iron & Ironing Board.

TVs are equipped with Roku Streaming Sticks. It will automatically log you out upon the date you choose! BYO streaming logins for Netflix, Hulu, YoutubeTV, HBO Max, etc.

28 inch Blackstone griddle - There's also large metal spatulas, pancake dispenser, egg rings and your basic seasonings.

7 stage HEPA Air purifier and deodorizator located on first level. Aways on and set to auto to help filter clean air.

Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, coffee pot, blender, ninja foodi all in one - air-fryer/pressure cooker/crockpot, toaster, and standard utensils. Microwave, stove, oven, and dish washer.

BYO coffee, food, toiletries and personal items. We provide a start of toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more during your stay.

The entire cabin is yours to enjoy! (except for two locked owners closets located in the lower level for storage).

Door code will be emailed to you 48 hours prior to your stay.

Parking is located to the right of the cabin and in the front of the cabin.

Doorbell camera is located on the front door and a floodlight camera located on the northeast side of the cabin and will be recording during the stay for your safety. If you tamper with the camera, you will be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund.

HOUSE RULES: by accepting the reservation you agree to abide by all house rules.

- You must be at least 23 years old to book and a photo ID is required within 24 hours of booking.
- All instant bookings must contact owner within 48 hours to verify age with a valid photo ID & total group numbers.
- Booking party must be present at the time of check in, no third party bookings allowed.
- 10 people MAX - if more people arrive over said booking number, you will be charged $100 per person and asked to leave the property.
- NO PETS + NO SMOKING- due to allergies - If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $100 and asked to leave.
- Please Do NOT touch the air purifier or change settings. It is set to Auto will adjust based off the quality of air in the room.
- You will likely see and hear critters. Remember, this cabin is in the mountains!
- Bears & other wildlife are dangerous, do NOT feed and stay away!
- Pool room has a lock on the door for safety!


- Hot tub is for guests 18 and over only!
- No lifeguard on duty -Use hot tub and pool AT YOUR OWN RISK
- parents must accompany children 14 and under.
- NO GLASS in lower pool level or by hot tub - will result in extra $500 cleaning fee if this rule is broken.
- No running or horseplay in the pool area. Floors may be slippery when wet.
- Absolutely no fires are permitted inside and outside premises. Unauthorized fires including candles will be charges $100 plus damages.
- No refunds for weather/natural disaster/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
- No late check out or early check in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge per.
