If you're looking for a premium experience in the Smokies that is private, yet centrally located, this is your cabin! High Timber has an indoor heated pool, an oversized theater room, arcade games, a hot tub, grill, pool table, 3 levels of outdoor decks w/ panoramic mountain view, free high speed Wi-Fi and more! It has 3 Bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms, and sleeps up to 12 comfortably, including two sleeper sofas and queen bunk beds. It is located in a gated resort community, just minutes from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge and a short drive to downtown Gatlinburg and Great Smoky Mountain National Park!

🏕️ THE CABIN:
Gorgeous cabin that is loaded with amenities! Spacious living area with fireplace, soaring ceilings, comfortable seating and Smart TV; There is a fireplace and a large windows that let in lots of natural light! The cabin has an open floor plan with the living area and kitchen on the same level. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and comes with everything you need to make a variety of meals! You can also enjoy a cookout with the BBQ Grill and outdoor seating area on the back deck. There are two bedrooms on the main level. There is a Washer and Dryer available for your use and the cabin also has free High Speed Wi-Fi! The upper level of the cabin includes a full-sized bedroom (King-sized bed) with attached bathrooms, and a private balcony. This level also has the game room which includes pool, arcade games, board games, a futon, Smart TV, and coffee bar.

The lower-level of the cabin contains an oversized movie theater room with a full bathroom attached. The opposite side of the hall boasts an indoor heated pool for hours of fun for all ages! The game room upstairs is the perfect place to kick back and relax with friends and family. Challenge each other to a game of pool, a board game, or poker night! Outside, you'll find plenty of space to enjoy the stunning views! The pool room opens up the lower deck, complete with six-person hot tub and plenty of additional seating. The deck on the main level has plenty of comfortable seating and, upstairs, there is a private balcony off the master bedroom that is a wonderful spot to sip your morning coffee or read your favorite book! The cabin has a park-style Charcoal BBQ grill that's perfect for a cookout.

Updated kitchen w/stainless steel appliances; full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and a full suite of appliances perfect for the aspiring chefs in your group! Includes pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. There is a dining table located right off the kitchen with seating for 8.

🅿️ PARKING:
Free parking for 3-4 cars. Small-midsize RV or trailer could also be accommodated.
The drive to the cabin involves a few short mountain roads. 4WD is recommended during winter months or inclement weather.
The road inside the resort is wide and paved. The parking space at the cabin is flat.

* Quiet hours are 11pm-7am.
* Maximum occupancy is 12 guests.
* There is a strict no-smoking policy.
* There is a strict no-pet policy.
* No fires or open flames of any kind -- including candles.
* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.
* The fireplace is unavailable April 1st - October 1st (Standard for cabins in the area)
