You’ll have the entire cottage to yourself (excluding the basement, which is being prepared for future guest use). Private gravel driveway with parking for 2 cars plus carport.

OTHER NOTES:

Please note this is a rural location, and all roads leading to the cottage are paved but do have some incline. It's nestled in the foothills, and while it doesn't have a scenic view, it makes up for with peaceful surroundings, and cozy, homey living.
