A BEARVUE is a luxury home that sits just a few minutes from Downtown Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Incredible mountain views and wonderful amenities like a wrap-around covered porch, hot tub, pool table and an outdoor grilling area and fireplace to enjoy those views and make memories that will last a lifetime!

Upon arrival at the house, you will see the beautiful view of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park! The Five bedrooms are situated on 3 levels. The main living area houses a fully equipped kitchen, with everything you will need to prepare, serve and enjoy most any meal. There is one King-sized bedroom on this level and the covered porch is where you will find your hot tub, great seating, a picnic table, grill and a stone fireplace. All of this with wonderful views. There is a full bath with the master bedroom and a half bath as well.
UPSTAIRS: The uniquely designed upper level is equipped with 2 bedrooms, each with a King-sized bed. The bathroom on this level is a jack-and-jill, shared by each bedroom.
DOWNSTAIRS: The downstairs has it's own entry to the house. You will find 2 bedrooms on this level, each with a King-sized bed. There is a full bathroom on this level. You will also find a utility room with washer and dryer, so you can pack light if you choose and launder your clothes. The entertainment area on this level features a full-sized pool table and high-top card table. The covered porch on this level has more great seating to enjoy the outdoors as well.

A BEARVUE guests have access to multiple pool and amenity areas on Ski Mountain, too!
Small dogs are allowed with a fee but you must crate your puppy when you leave the house, no exceptions.
