New Additions to Dollywood’s Splash Country
Picnic in the Park
Visitors to Dollywood’s Splash Country have a new option for dining when they visit this year! Now, you can spend less time waiting in line and more time exploring the park. Picnic in the Park allows visitors to order food ahead of their visit. All you have to do is visit their website, select the date of your visit and what you want, pay online, and it will be ready for you when you come! You can choose from The Classic Picnic and The Gourmet Picnic, which both feed a family of four. The Classic Picnic includes 2 turkey and cheddar subs, two ham and swiss subs, 2 family-sized sides of slaw and potato salad, 4 bags of chips, and 4 fountain drinks. The Gourmet Picnic includes 2 turkey and cheddar deluxe sandwiches, 2 ham and swiss deluxe sandwiches, 2 family-sized sides of slaw and potato salad, 4 bags of chips, 4 fountain drinks, and 4 desserts you choose when you pick up your order. The order is made fresh the morning of your visit and packaged in a cooler for you to pick up at your convenience. Picnic in the Park is located near Little Creek Falls.
More TimeSaver H2O Options
As another way to help you avoid the lines, Dollywood’s Splash Country has introduced more TimeSaver H2O options. There are now 4 levels you can choose from: Regular, Premium, Gold, and Platinum. The Regular TimeSaver H2O gets you a reserved spot in line so you can do other things while you wait. With the Premium TimeSaver H2O, your reserved spot waits 50% of the actual wait time and may be used once per ride. With the Gold TimeSaver H2O, your reserved spot waits 50% of the actual wait time and may be used unlimited times on most of the rides. With the Platinum TimeSaver H2O, your reserved spot only waits 10% of the actual wait time and may be used unlimited times on all available rides!
Splash Bash Live
The wave pool is one of the most popular things to enjoy at Dollywood’s Splash Country, and now you can listen to live music while you float! Every Saturday in July and August, live bands will be playing at the back of the wave pool. You can expect to hear everything from beach music to cover songs!
Deluxe Retreats
The Retreats at Dollywood’s Splash Country are a popular choice for those who want a place to relax for the day. It’s your very own spot in the park where you can enjoy down time in between rides, eat lunch, and meet up with your group. This year, 4 of the Retreats have been upgraded with plush amenities. The new Deluxe Retreats include a couch, a loveseat, a 50-inch TV, a fridge stocked with 8 bottled waters, new sunscreens, bar stool seating overlooking the lazy river, and more.
