5 New Places to Eat in the Smoky Mountains You Have to Try

From Southern-style restaurants to bakeries, the Smoky Mountains are filled with delicious places to eat. While there will always be favorites like the Pancake Pantry and The Old Mill Restaurant, the area is constantly adding new spots for visitors to fall in love with. We’ve made a list of 5 new places to eat in the Smoky Mountains that you have to try.

1. Graze Burgers

Graze Burgers serves all natural, grass-fed beef burgers. It just opened in Sevierville this February. Their burgers don’t include any hormones, antibiotics, or steroids, so you can expect a tasty bite! Try a classic burger, or choose one of their specialty burgers like The Tennessee, which includes bacon, jam, bourbon BBQ, smoked gouda, beer battered onion rings, house slaw, tomatoes, and house pickles. You’ll also love their floats and shakes!

2. Crust and Crumb

Grab a cup of coffee in the morning to go with one of their fresh pastries, or stop by for lunch to try a deli sandwich or one of their daily lunch specials. Past lunch specials have included pizza, baked ziti, and spicy crab chowder. Whether you want something quick to grab and go or a tasty meal, you will love what Crust and Crumb has to offer.

3. CAMPS Chicken

CAMPS Chicken recently opened in Sevierville and is the perfect place to go for the best chicken in town! Their chicken is cooked over an open pit fire, turned exactly every 10 minutes and smothered in a batch of their secret special sauce. You can choose to get a ½ chicken, boneless chicken breast, or chicken salad, served with 2 sides and your choice of bread. Sides include roasted sweet corn on the bob, homestyle mac & cheese, corn salad, cole slaw, and more. For dessert, try their strawberry shortcake or soft serve ice cream! CAMPS Chicken’s mission is to serve the best chicken and sides in town, all while giving back to the community. They help support local summer camps dedicated to developing young people.

4. Brick & Spoon

Brick & Spoonfrench toast with bananas and syrup serves a high-quality Southern experience for those who want accessible and upscale breakfast, brunch, and lunch options. Enjoy a sophisticated menu in a casual atmosphere. Start the day off with an omelet or stuffed french toast, or try some breakfast tacos for brunch. This restaurant serves made-from-scratch menu items with a cajun flair, and even has a build-your-own Bloody Mary bar! Since September of 2018, it has been wowing both visitors and locals with its food, beverages, and entertainment.

5. Coming Soon: Dave & Buster’s

Coming soon to the Smoky Mountains is Dave & Buster’s! Dave & Buster’s combines both games, food, and fun with everything from bowling and billiards to unlimited chicken wings. The menu includes everything from Fire Grilled Salmon, to burgers, to steak. It’s the perfect place to watch sporting events or have fun with friends. Everyone will have a great time eating food and playing games at Dave & Buster’s! The Sevierville location is opening to the public on April 29.
