Got a craving for something sweet? You’ll have plenty of options when you visit Pigeon Forge! The area recently has become home to some new places for you to try that are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth. We’ve made a list of 4 new sweet shops in Pigeon Forge!

1. Dulce Nitrogen

Dulce Nitrogen brings unique ice cream and bubble tea to the Smoky Mountains! It’s the first shop in Pigeon Forge that serves nitrogen ice cream, which is a mix of fresh cream and mix-ins, stirred together with liquid nitrogen. You get to watch it transform into ice cream right before your eyes! Choose a cup, cone, waffle bowl, bubble waffle or brownie boat. Then choose a vanilla, chocolate or mint base. Then, you get to choose your mix-ins! These include everything from fruit to candy pieces. In addition to ice cream, you can enjoy bubble tea, which comes with black pearls made from tapioca.

Dulce Nitrogen is located at 2656 Parkway, Suite 3 in Pigeon Forge.

2. Byrd Cookie Company

pile of cookiesByrd Cookie Company brought its gourmet cookies to Pigeon Forge! It’s one of the fastest growing independent cookie companies in the country. At this sweet shop, you’ll find a Cookie Bar with free samples, as well as a wide variety of bakery bags, gift items and collectible cookie tins. Some of the cookie flavors you can expect to find are salted caramel, maple wafers and key lime coolers.

Byrd Cookie Company is located at The Island in Pigeon Forge.

3. Buzzed Bull Creamery

Coming soon to Pigeon Forge is Buzzed Bull Creamery! This is a new kind of liquid nitrogen shop. Everyone 21 and older can choose from a variety of “boozy” ice cream flavors with more than 30 liquor options! Try The Dreamsicle, orange cake batter ice cream with waffle cone pieces, whipped cream and orange vodka, or Tiger Stripes, a chocolate peanut butter ice cream with peanut butter cups, peanut butter sauce and spiced rum. Of course, you can choose to get any of the options without alcohol so people of all ages can enjoy!

An official opening date for Buzzed Bull Creamery has yet to be announced. It will be located at 3239 Parkway in Pigeon Forge.

4. Cream & Sugar Sweet Shoppe

You can get the ice cream hand scooped or rolled, and there are even elaborate milkshakes! In addition to frozen treats, you will be able to buy homemade candy from skilled candymakers.

Bonus: Cruze Farm

Located just down the road from Pigeon Forge, Sevierville is gaining a popular ice cream shop called Cruze Farm! Cruze Farm currently has locations in downtown Knoxville and Asbury, Tennessee. The shop was opened in hopes to save the family dairy farm. Enjoy delicious ice cream in a cup or cone, shakes, churns and floats. You can even get your cone dipped in chocolate and other flavors! Cruze Farm is expected to open in summer of 2020, so be on the lookout for this tasty sweet shop.
