5 Amazing Pigeon Forge Museums You Don’t Want to Miss

1. Titanic Museum Attraction

Visiting the Titanic Museum Attraction in Pigeon Forge is like stepping back in time. The exterior of the museum is a half scale replica of the RMS Titanic, while all of the rooms are full size recreations of the ship’s most iconic locations. When guests step aboard the Titanic Museum, they receive a card with the identity of an actual passenger on the Titanic. At the end of the tour, visitors learn the fate of the historical figure on their card. As you explore the ship, you will see over 400 artifacts from the real Titanic, a collection valued at $4 million!

2. Hollywood Wax Museum

The Hollywood Wax Museum is home to the biggest movie stars in the world – or at least wax replicas of them! These lifelike recreations of celebrities from the past and present will have you doing a double take. Guests will be able to pose for pictures with Bradley Cooper, Natalie Portman, John Wayne, Marilyn Monroe, Charlie Chaplin, Elvis Presley, and countless other Hollywood icons.

3. Speedwerkz Exotic Car Museum

If you’ve always dreamed of owning a luxury sports car, you will love Speedwerks Exotic Car Museum! Visitors to this unique museum will have the opportunity to see a collection of privately owned exotic cars that are each worth well over a quarter of a million dollars. Many of the cars in the museum are extremely rare, with some being literally one of a kind.

What sets Speedwerks apart from other Pigeon Forge museums is its personal tours. 4. Elvis & Hollywood Legends Museum

The Elvis & Hollywood Legends Museum is a can’t-miss stop for fans of The King. Besides Graceland, this museum is the ultimate destination for authentic artifacts from Elvis Presley’s life, including the singer’s cars, clothes, jewelry, and other personal items. The museum’s self guided audio tour is narrated by Donnie Sumner and Ed Hill, two of Elvis’s closest friends. In addition to all of the Elvis memorabilia, the museum also features movie props and other items from Hollywood’s Golden Age.

5. Alcatraz East Crime Museum

Set to open on December 16, 2016, the Alcatraz East Crime Museum is already generating a lot of buzz. This new museum will feature 20 different exhibit areas organized around five themes: the history of crime in America, the consequences of crime, crime scene investigation, crime fighting, and pop culture. Visitors to the museum will have the chance to see O.J. Simpson’s infamous white Ford Bronco, Bonnie and Clyde’s getaway car, Al Capone’s rosary, and Al Pacino’s submachine gun from the movie Scarface.
