What exactly is a ropes course?
The Tree Tops Ropes Course in Sevierville is a collection of ladders, ziplines, bridges, swings, and cables built right into the Great Smoky Mountains. Guests make their way through the trees at their own pace as they enjoy stunning views of a 70 acre nature park.
One of the coolest elements of the course is that it is completely eco-friendly. Rather than cutting down trees and harming the area, this course incorporates the existing landscape into its design. In addition to swinging from tree to tree, you’ll also have the chance to zipline over a gorgeous pond.
At every point during the course, guests are secured to a cable with a carabiner and harness. Guides are present throughout the journey to answer questions and give assistance if necessary.
Can kids experience the ropes course?
Definitely! Tree Tops offers a Kid’s Course featuring a log sky bridge and a special skateboarding section. Kids need to be at least 8 years old and between 48 – 60 inches in height in order to enjoy this attraction in Sevierville.
Where is Tree Tops located?
The Tree Tops Ropes Course is the latest addition to the family of attractions at Adventure Park, located at 1628 Parkway in Sevierville, TN 37862. Located right off of the main road that passes through Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, Adventure Park at Five Oaks is also home to an awesome 9 line zipline course and a wonderful horseback riding stable.
