I am a local and Blue Moose is one of the most over rated places to eat I have been to. Nothing special at all. I have had better burgers at just about every restaurant in the area. Now Holston’s is great, one of our favorites. Hickory Cabin, have heard it was good but their hours are so ridiculous we can never get there when it is open, we do have to work for a living. Smoky Mountain Brewery is okay, would not put it on my list. What about Bennett’s, The Peddler, The Cherokee Grill? All these better than most of your list.

One thing we have learned NOT to do is to never ever eat at Bubba Gumps Shrimp again. That place is terrible.
