Ruby Sunshine is a New Orleans-style restaurant in Gatlinburg that serves delicious brunch options all day long! Enjoy dishes made with fresh and local ingredients and their specialty “eye-opening” cocktails. This unique restaurant has the same owners as the Ruby Slipper Cafe in New Orleans. The Gatlinburg restaurant is the fifth Ruby Sunshine in Tennessee, with other locations in Franklin, Knoxville, Chattanooga and Nashville.
What’s on the Menu at Ruby Sunshine?
The Ruby Sunshine menu features Southern classic dishes with a New Orleans twist. With a focus mainly on brunch, the New Orleans-inspired menu includes French toast, pancakes, eggs and omelets, eggs benedict, sandwiches, shrimp & grits and more. This Gatlinburg restaurant also offers seasonal specials throughout the year. This spring, try the Cereal and Milk Pancakes, classic buttermilk pancakes filled with sweet marshmallow, topped with fruity rice crispy cereal, whipped cream and served with a cereal milk sauce.
In addition to delicious food, Ruby Sunshine is well known for its “eye-opening cocktails.” Start your day off on a good note with one of their “Rise & Shine Cocktails,” including a Morning Margarita or a Boozy Iced Coffee. They also have Big Easy Mimosas and Award-Winning Bloody Marys!

The Ruby Sunshine restaurant in Gatlinburg is located in the heart of downtown, at 105 Reagan Drive. It’s near the Gatlinburg Space Needle and SkyLift Park. You can’t miss the big ruby red slipper on the sign! While you dine, you’ll have views of downtown Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains.
When is it Open?
Ruby Sunshine in Gatlinburg is open 7 days a week. You can visit Mondays through Fridays from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Saturdays and Sundays from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
