2013 was a huge year for the city of Pigeon Forge! With the additions tons of new restaurants, attractions, shops and more, there is no doubt that Pigeon Forge is one of the fastest growing vacation destinations for families. To help families vacationing to the Smokies narrow down the options, we at Visit My Smokies have put together a list of the top three new attractions in Pigeon Forge.

Guests can enjoy the scenic sights from atop the 20-story Great Smoky Mountain Wheel, watch the water dance at the attraction’s brand new $2 million Las Vegas-style water fountain, or grab a great-tasting meal at one of the many brand new restaurants. During the warmer months, this new Pigeon Forge attraction gets even more exciting with live musical entertainment nearly every night of the week. Not to mention, The Island in Pigeon Forge also offers guests a large arcade that will keep the kids entertained while waiting on a table at next door Timberwood Grill, or looking to escape the elements outdoors for awhile.

The second run takes riders through the same track as the first, only backwards.
For drivers that prefer the more traditional style go karting experience, Xtreme Racing Center also offers an elevated race track that features standard karts.
