Whaley Room and Board is an overnight rental that can accommodate up to 20 guests. This historical home was built in the year 1900, and has been fully remodeled. It is a restored farmhouse with an interesting story behind it. The home belonged to Dolly Parton's Aunt and Uncle. There is room located on the second floor that her uncle made sound-proof for her to record music. As we remodeled the home we left the sound proof walls and have decided to dedicate the room to Dolly. The home is conveniently located. It is a four minute drive to the Sevierville Convention Center, the upcoming Soaky Moutain Waterpark, and the Wilderness Waterpark. As well as, a short drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and The Great Smoky Mountains. We are a brand new property as of January 2020. This property is 3,000 square feet.
