This house has high end amenities like granite and stainless appliances in kitchen, Anti-fogging and back-lit mirrors in all baths, huge theater room, game room, it has everything you could possibly want. Valley Vista has a flat easy drive, and a bathroom for every bedroom! Valley Vista is packed with amenities, is pristine and brand new, has gorgeous mountain and Wears Valley views, is extremely easy to get to, is disabled friendly, and is the absolutely most perfect cabin for your next Smoky Mountain vacation!

There is an elevator in the home that goes to every level. The elevator is meant to transport those with hindered mobility. It is only to be used for accessing different levels and not for entertainment or recreation. The elevator can fit 3 people max and has a 1,000 lb weight limit. All children must be accompanied by an adult on the elevator.

For your convenience outside, there is a hook-up for an RV as well as a 50 AMP plug for charging your electric vehicle. This Cabin has everything you need to make your stay and travel the best it can be.

No smoking is allowed inside this cabin.
No pets.

● 1 roll of toilet paper per restroom
● 1 roll of paper towels per kitchen area
● 1 small bar of soap per bathroom sink
● 4 towels and 2 wash clothes per F/Q/K bed
● 2 towels and 1 wash cloth per twin bed
● 1 kitchen set: 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth, starter kit of dish detergent
NOTE: If staying 3+ days, you may need more of these items and are responsible for providing extras. If
you want fresh towels/sheets, please bag up your used linens and bring them to our office for a linen
exchange.
