The stacked-stone gas fireplace will keep the room toasty as you curl up on the plush sofas and watch TV and DVDs on the flatscreen TV. With plenty of floor space and a soft area rug, the kiddos can spread out and play as everyone gathers for quality family time. And when nighttime settles in, whip up a batch of cocoa, claim the recliner for yourself, and finally start jotting down ideas for your next book.

Kitchen
Next to the living area is the open and fully equipped kitchen, where you’ll find all the essentials needed for preparing meals and tasty snacks throughout your memorable stay. Warm wood cabinets, hardwood flooring, and stainless-steel appliances give it a luxurious feel, and several windows let in natural light on beautiful, sunny days. Fix homemade recipes on the stove, store leftovers from town in the refrigerator, brown bagels in the toaster, brew a pot of joe anytime, whip up midnight munchies in the microwave, and let the dishwasher handle the mess. There’s even a mahogany island with bar seating for 2, providing extra prep and serving space.

Dining Area

With 2 end chairs and bench seating, everyone will have a nice place to dine. This space is also great for playing board or card games brought from home or bought in town.

The upstairs bedroom harbors a queen-size bed and DVD player, so you can enjoy movie nights under the covers. The entry-level bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a gas fireplace, an en-suite bathroom, and an indoor jetted tub, where you can enjoy a relaxing and romantic soak before heading into town for the day! If you're traveling with additional guests, take advantage of the home’s sleeper sofa and futon.

Outdoor Spaces
On the covered deck of this classic log cabin, you can enjoy the great outdoors and woodsy views year-round, rain or shine. Drink endless cups of coffee as you sit back and relax in the rocking chairs, fire up the gas grill for a barbecue cookout, and soak in the steamy hot tub to soothe tired muscles from the day’s hike in the national park.

*Propane is not provided at the cabin. Guests should supply their own for the grill.

Ready to paint the town red? The flat driveway with parking for 4 offers an easy space to unload and repack the cars. Plus, there’s only 1 step into the cabin, making entering and exiting that much easier.
