• Please note that the hot tub and pool takes around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub or pool may not be hot upon arrival.

• 4WD may be necessary for the winter months.

• Guests will be responsible for bringing their own charcoal & firewood.

• Guests are responsible for providing linens for the Pack-n-play.

• Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty.

• No RV or Trailer parking.
