No mountain roads to traverse, paved roads are available all the way to the cabin, and the roads are considered motorcycle friendly at the riders' discretion. You will feel welcomed into the picturesque subdivision as soon as you cross under the covered bridge.

Recently renovated play area in the Lone Branch Village comes with picnic pavilion including picnic tables, park grill along with a swing set. The playground is fit for children to play and for pets to roam pleasantly.

The cabin is single story with a vaulted ceiling in the living room that offers beautiful natural lighting throughout the day with hardwood floors. Spoil yourself with hot tub on the private back deck in the evening.

• There is a $125 + tax non-refundable pet fee for each pet. Max 2 pets (dog only) and must be crated if left alone on the property. Please bring your own dog bedding(s) and crate(s).

• There are two active outdoor security cameras for your protection. One is on above deck pointed to entrance door and one is on above deck of back door pointed to hallway. There are no cameras inside the property. Any touching on security cameras will result an immediate eviction and forfeit rental payment.
