Step inside Grand Theatre Lodge to find an inviting living room area complete with a stacked-stone fireplace, a 55 inch Roku smart tv, and comfortable seating space. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows, you'll enjoy views of the forests surrounding the cabin while spending time with the ones who matter most.

Instead of going out to feed everyone, you just need to head into the well equipped kitchen, which features modern appliances, and a nearby dining table that will fit 10+ people.

There's plenty of in-cabin entertainment to keep everyone's attention. Head upstairs, and you'll find a game room and living room area that boasts a pool table, sitting area, electric fireplace, and Roku smart television.

Pigeon Forge is just a short drive away, which means top attractions like the Island, Historic Old Mill, and Dollywood are at your fingertips. When not playing at these popular destinations, the dozens of activities, shopping options, and live shows will keep everyone entertained.

In addition to the premium amenities available in our home, all our guests have access to the outdoor community pool. It is just a 2 minute drive from the house. It is available from April 1st. - October 1st.

Our parking area can accommodate up to 6 vehicles.

Guests will have access to the community pool located just half a mile walk or 2 minute drive away.
Guest access
You will have private access to the entire cabin along with shared access to the resort amenities. The keypad codes will be provided prior to arrival.

Free parking is available in the driveway for multiple vehicles.
Other things to note
-Must be 25+ to book this property.

-There are no parties or events allowed.

-Please know all our properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking or vaping, of any kind, is not permitted inside. Any sign of smoking is a violation of our rental agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $1500.

-Pets are NOT permitted at this property any sign of pets will incur fees beginning at $500 per pet.

-Guests will be provided with starting amounts of coffee, toilet paper, soap, paper towels, a garbage bag, dish soap and a dishwasher pod. Guests will be responsible for providing their own after the initial amounts are gone.

-Please note that this property has a propane tank for the gas grill, but we do not refill/replace empty containers, nor do we reimburse for refills. There may be enough propane for your use from the previous guests, but if not, empty containers can be exchanged at gas stations, grocery stores, etc.

-Please note that COVID-related cancellations are no longer honored. If a positive COVID diagnosis or exposure to COVID prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, the standard cancellation policy will remain in force. Should a guest choose to cancel their reservation under these circumstances, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation.
