The name on the reservation and payment must match the proof of service. We will issue a 5% refund of the accommodation cost in the resolution center on your check-out day. If you are receiving the weekly discount, or if the cabin has any other promotion going on, you are not eligible to receive the military discount on top. No combining of discounts, one discount per booking.

Other things to note
✔ Outdoor camera is in place for your protection, please do not touch or tamper with the cameras.

✔Parking to the cabin is a little steep. Very manageable. Perfect for 2 vehicles.

⚠️ Please Note: The hosts are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur during your stay. Guests assume all risk and responsibility.

🧸 If you see wild animals during your stay please do not feed them. Stay away from them. Mama bear and her cubs are rarely seen but they do wander around occasionally. Be sure to put all garbage into the bin inside the bear-proof cage at all times. If the garbage is left outside, it might attract bears.

⚠️ No unauthorized fires inside (including candles), No smoking inside the cabin, No parties.

✔ No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond the host's control.

✔TRAVEL INSURANCE. We highly recommend adding on in case something comes up, and you need to cancel outside of our policy. This is offered through Airbnb at checkout when booking or can be purchased from a 3rd party.

✔ We do not send our cleaning crew to the property during your stay. Only before and after your stay.

✔ Pool Access Cards / Tags:
Please make sure all pool access cards/tags remain at the property upon checkout. Lost, damaged, or unreturned backup/replacement pool tags will result in a $50 replacement fee per tag, as charged by the HOA/resort.
