⭐ KING BEDROOM #2: Located on the main level, this room includes a King size bed, 43" Roku TV, closet, luggage rack, ceiling fan and a lockable door for privacy.

⭐ BEDROOM #3: Located on the lower level, you'll find a twin size trundle (2 twins), a 43" Smart TV, ceiling fan and a small cabinet to store personal items.

⭐ BED #4: Queen Pullout Sleeper Sofa. Note this is located in the main living space and, therefore, is not private.

It is recommended that guests bring additional septic safe TP if you're coming to enjoy an extended stay. We try to always have coffee, salt/pepper and various seasonings available for guests.

⭐ SECURITY: It is essential to us that we provide a comfortable and secure home for our guests. An outdoor camera has been installed for your safety and to ensure property protection. Your door code will be unique to you and will be active from the date of arrival at check-in time (4pm) to your date of departure at check-out (10am).

⭐ MOUNTAIN LIVING: With mountain properties, comes nature. Animals will stop by to say hello and a few pesky bugs may make their way indoors. It's the lay of the land in every Smoky Mountain vacation home, but good to note in advance of your arrival.
