Cozy studio cabin next to Caney Creek, 6 miles from Gatlinburg, 2 miles from Pigeon Forge, 6 miles from Dollywood, 7 miles from 🌲The Great Smoky Mountain National Park and just one mile off of the Parkway. This cabin is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, at the top of a hill. You can see your neighbors but you are tucked away and there is lots of privacy.

Newly renovated spacious studio cabin perfect for couples. 3/4 wrap-around covered porch with a tree growing through the deck. Sit on the porch, hear the peaceful sounds of Caney Creek and spot wildlife. From the porch you can hear the Dollywood train whistle

Enjoy all that Great Smoky Mountain National Park has to offer. There are many beautiful hikes nearby. Immerse yourself in the vivid colors during the fall and during the summer enjoy watching lightning bugs from the porch

Cabin Layout

• 600 square foot studio

• Sleeping area: King-size bed, 2 nightstand/small dressers, blinds and curtains

• Living Room area: Sleeper sofa that turns into comfortable Queen-size bed, TV (streaming platforms)
  -Fireplace

• Kitchen area: new electric stove, new refrigerator, Ninja air fryer, microwave, Ninja blender, coffee pot (coffee not provided)

• Corner area: Egg chair with pillows and blanket, board games, books, dart board

• Bathroom: New walk-in shower, toilet, sink

• Deck: 3/4 wrap-around porch hugs seasonal creek, hot tub, porch swing, 2 rocking chairs, propane barbecue, string bulb lights, tree growing through the deck, beautiful views.

• 4x4 vehicles are always recommended for this area. There is a paved road leading to the cabin however in the winter it can get snowy and icy.

Note: stone steps could be icy during winter!

Other things to note

• You must be 21 to rent the cabin
• Sleeps 2 comfortably, 4 maximum.
• Cabin is nestled amongst the trees on a hilltop, there are approximately 20 steps leading to the front door. It is not strenuous but not good for guests that are unable to climb stairs (winter stairs can be icy)
• Gas fireplace is for seasonal use (October- March)
• We have internet through VIPER broadband. Most of the time the internet runs great with no issues, however we are in the woods and at times the internet can get slow or will need to be reset.
• Amenities are maintained, if there are any issues we will do our best to address it immediately. We cannot offer refunds due to any issues with amenities.
• We offer starter amounts of toilet paper, hand soap and paper towels. Towels and linens are provided.
  *We do not offer shampoo, conditioner, body soap, coffee, cooking oil or other kitchen items.
• No Pets Allowed!
• We are in the woods. The cabin is sprayed for insects monthly. However you may see a bug or two!
• There is no cable! DISH is unavailable for this cabin
• We are out in the mountains so cell service can be spotty.

Note: Please do not leave food or any other trash on porch Bears will come. Throw all trash in bear bins. Thank you
