Under new ownership! Smoky High House is an incredibly luxurious 4 level property with magnificent mountain views located in the Wears Valley area which is close to all the Pigeon Forge activities.
The level parking for up to 4 cars is a bonus in the mountains.
The well appointed furnishings throughout the home make you feel right at home. There is plenty to do if you are not out enjoying the area including a theater room, game room, and hot tub. Not to mention just relaxing on one of the many decks. With 4 floors, there is plenty of space to spread out. The bottom floor offers a state-of-the-art Home Theater Room complete with a 113" screen TV and plush reclining chairs. There's seating enough for 7 plus 4 more bean bag chairs. Enjoy one of many DVD's in our collection or bring your own. We also have a game room with a 1/2 bath on that floor with a pool table, multicade game, and bunk bed.
On the second floor we have an additional gathering area for TV watching with comfortable leather furniture and a DVD player, a table for playing cards or board games, and a wet bar complete with mini refrigerator and sink. One of the king bedroom suites is located on that floor as well. This floor is also where you will find the hot tub out on the deck overlooking the beautiful mountain view in addition to a day bed with trundle for your guests.
The third floor is the heart of the home with plenty of seating in the open concept living room/dining area/and kitchen. All overlooking the multi-level mountain views with a walk out to a very spacious deck where you will find the gas grill. Another of the king bedroom suites is located on this floor with a tiled shower and jacuzzi tub.
On the fourth floor upstairs there is another spacious king bedroom suite with a spacious tiled shower and jacuzzi tub.
There is plenty of room for everyone to get away or congregate with family or friends after a fun day of hiking or seeing the sites our area has to offer.
