One of the most thrilling ways to experience the views of the Smoky Mountains is exciting adventures on zip lines in the Smokies. Soaring along the tree tops, your adventure will offer you the best possible views of the area. There are several outdoor adventure parks to choose from, providing safe and fun zip lines in the smokies for people of all ages and skill levels.
Serving the Gatlinburg, Sevierville, and Pigeon Forge area, this outdoor adventure park has thrilling Zip Lines in the Smokies for ages eight and up. The two hour tour includes seven zip lines, a swinging bridge, and Bear Crawler ATV rides. Two certified guides will start you out on the 60 foot intro lines. Once you’ve mastered that, you’ll be taken on a safari ride to the top of Firefox Mountain. No climbing required, allowing you to sit back and relax. Zip lines from the top range from 600 to 1500 feet in length. If that isn’t enough thrills for one day, choose the zip and raft or the zip and Bear Crawler combo packages.
Located at 1911 Wears Valley Road in Sevierville, this park has the highest zip lines in the area. The 125 miles of line includes the ever popular super line at 275 feet high. While visiting the 43 acres of forested adventure, enjoy spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains National Park with Mt. LeConte.
Based on the Rain Forest’s canopy tours used to study the canopy biodiversity, Climb Works Canopy gives guests a two and a half hour adventure that includes nine zip lines. The thrill begins with a four wheeler ride to the top of the mountain where you’ll learn about nature while soaring through the tree tops. Along with the zip lines there are three sky bridges offering amazing views.
This is one of the only Smoky Mountain zip lines that the entire family can enjoy together. They except anyone ages five to seventy-five, and no experience is needed. Trained guides are there to keep you safe and do all the work. Your one and a half hour tour allows you use of nine zip lines, six tree top canopy platforms, and a wonderful sky bridge. Views overlook downtown Gatlinburg. Self-guided tours of the 14 rope course, trapeze, swing, bridges, and ladder are also available.
