Stages West Pigeon Forge Reopening After Fire

After nearly a year of rebuilding, Stages West Pigeon Forge has officially announced their plans to reopen for business!

In August 2015, Stages West caught fire and the damage from the fire forced the business owner to shut down operations at their Pigeon Forge Parkway location.

The reopening date is set for June 30, 2016 with a special grand reopening celebration. Stages West Pigeon Forge will open to the public on July 1, 2016. We’ve been told that the new store is going to be better than ever!

Stages West Pigeon Forge Fire 2015

The original call for the fire happened a little before 6 a.m. on Thursday, August 6, 2015, and the fire was completely out by 6:30 a.m. There were no injuries, but everything in the store was ruined.

The weight of the water on the roof caused the roof to fall in, so it was a combination of water and fire that destroyed the building and all of the merchandise inside.
