Welcome to Tranquil Treetop! This luxurious cabin is in the Brother’s Cove Resort, a gated community that is 9 miles to the Parkway in Pigeon Forge and close to Wears Valley, Gatlinburg, the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. If you are looking for a mountain cabin that is away from the hustle and bustle of town, this is it. The cabin has soaring windows throughout that make it feel like you are in a treehouse. You will love the surrounding views of the mountains, streams, and forest.
At Tranquil Treetop, you can enjoy the outdoors by dining on the deck while listening to the mountain stream, soaking in the hot tub while taking in the amazing mountain views, or relaxing in the Tiipii swing on the upper deck surrounded by the forest. There’s so much to do inside the cabin too - start a fire in the wood burning fireplace and enjoy a cozy evening in, shoot a round of pool, play a board game or binge watch your favorite streaming shows.
The main level includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with plenty of seating for everyone, 50 inch Roku TV, wood burning fireplace (October-March), and pool table room surrounded by floor to ceiling windows with amazing views.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
All bedrooms have their own bathroom. The cabin was recently redecorated and each bedroom has a new mattress, luxurious bedding and throws, and tons of pillows – you will be comfortable and cozy staying at Tranquil Treetop!
Master bedroom – King-sized bed, ensuite bathroom including jacuzzi tub, 32 inch Roku TV, and a luxurious private deck with a “Tiipii” swing and outdoor seating area.
Bedroom 2 – Queen-sized bed, ensuite bathroom (shower only, no tub), 32 inch Roku TV
Bedroom 3 – King-size bed, ensuite bathroom including jacuzzi tub, 32 inch Roku TV
Two comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofas (memory foam) are in the living room on the main level.
There is a half bath on the main level. Please note that all full bathrooms must be accessed through a bedroom.
The main level deck includes a hot tub and an outdoor dining area. The upper level has a deck with a Tiipii swing bed and additional seating to take in the majestic views. There is a park-style charcoal grill on site. Parking for 3 vehicles is available.
The Brother’s Cove Resort Pool is available 9am to 9pm, Memorial Day – Labor Day. You will not believe the views from this pool area.
Even though the cabin is remote, WiFi is available from Viper Broadband (5G). Washer and dryer are available in the cabin for guest use.
The roads in Brother’s Cove are paved, but very steep and windy. Four-wheel drive is not required to access the cabin, but it wouldn’t be a bad idea in winter. The drive is totally worth the amazing views!
Parking for 3 (maybe 4 if they are smaller) cars - driveway is a bit steep.
You will check-in with a keypad at the cabin - no need to stop at an office first!
You are staying in a mountain cabin in the woods and will encounter wildlife, critters, and bugs. The cabin is on a pest control maintenance plan to reduce the number of unwanted visitors. The roof is metal and there is no attic so if squirrel or other critter crawls on the roof, you will hear it. If this bothers you, a hotel room in town might be a better fit.
It's rare, but you might see a bear. If you encounter a bear, stay away from it and do NOT feed it.
Cable and Satellite TV are not available due to the remote/wooded nature of the community. Roku smart TV’s are provided and you can log in to your own streaming apps.
