Country charm has been designed for the discerning traveler that is looking for a more well-appointed vacation rental. This ranch style 3 bedroom / 3 bath home has a large open floor plan all on one level—no stairs! There is a large screened in porch with hot tub. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds and the third bedroom has queen size bunk beds, sturdy enough for adults. All three bedrooms have new flat screen HD televisions. The living room boasts 3 sofas (2 with dual recliners and one with a queen sleeper) and a 60” flat screen HD television. The separate dining room has plenty of room for those large family get-together. All the furnishings and appliances are brand new and we pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our rentals. Country Charm is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access from interstate 40—no mountainous roads. The level driveway has ample parking with room for a boat for those travelers interested in visiting Douglas lake, only 5 minutes away. Country charm is close to all the attractions Sevierville, pigeon forge and Gatlinburg have to offer, but allows you to relax away from the excitement and traffic. Our sister property, the cottage, is right next door for those families or groups that need extra space or more privacy. We do require a 3 night minimum during holiday.
