Aqua Dreamin' Retreat features three levels and 3 large decks with views to provide plenty of room for everyone in the group. Great place to stay and make those Smoky Mountain memories.

The Main Level features an open floorplan that combines the large living area comfortably furnished with couches in front of a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. Sit back and relax, share a conversation or watch a movie. You might want to curl up with that new book.

Great kitchen, well-equipped with commercial stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and a dining space featuring four large dining tables. Top of the line appliances and furnished with all the cutlery, plateware and cookware you'll need for your stay. Two dishwashers and extra large commercial fridge and freezer. What a terrific place to prepare the meals and snacks for your stay.

If you enjoy the grill - we have a park charcoal grill right outside your front door. Go ahead - it's vacation. Cook it up!

Two King suites located on the main floor each has a futon and one is handicap friendly. Beautifully furnished and spacious.

The main floor wrap-around deck offers plenty of comfortable seating and an outdoor dining area so you can enjoy your meals al fresco or sipping that first cuppa - with a view.

The lower level has four king suites each with their own private bath and beautifully furnished. Complete with large closet and flat screen tvs.

The kitchenette (fridge, microwave, and sink), makes it easy to snack while you enjoy a little competition at the pool table, or the ball game in the theater room! Or a great movie with the whole group! And the hot tub - awesome! Lower level is where's it's happening. What a treat!

After a day's hiking or shopping you are going to enjoy relaxing in your private hot tub, located on the lower level just off the theater room. Let the hot water and jets relax those tired muscles so you'll be ready for another day's activity tomorrow.

The upper Level has four King suites, each with a futon, 1 queen suite with futon , and 2 bunk rooms each with 2 queen over queen bunks. (bunks sleep 8 per room - 4 queen beds)
