Ripley's Aquarium

Despite being hundreds of miles from the sea, Gatlinburg’s Ripley’s Aquarium offers a true deep sea experience. With over 10,000 exotic sea creatures in nine different exhibits, an amazing underwater adventure awaits you at the Ripley’s Aquarium Gatlinburg.

View fish from every color of the rainbow in the Coral Reef exhibit, or come face-to-face with stingrays, sea turtles and of course sharks in the aquarium’s most popular exhibit, Shark Lagoon. Ripley’s Aquarium in Gatlinburg, TN also offers a variety of hands-on exhibits. Visit the Discovery Center for interactive displays and even the chance to touch real live Horseshoe Crabs! Also, don’t forget to check out Touch-A-Ray-Bay where visitors can actually touch Sting Rays as they glide by. 

Conveniently located in downtown Gatlinburg, Ripley’s Aquarium is open 365 days a year. While at the aquarium, be sure to stop by the Cargo Hold gift shop for unique items and mementos. The Feeding Frenzy and Veranda Restaurant are also available for dining.
