Grapeyard Ridge Hiking Trail located in the Cosby Area off of Greenbrier Road the trail is 5.8 miles long round trip with an elevation gain of 980' with moderate difficulty rating for hiking abilities and fitness level required. Start out on Grapeyard Ridge Trailhead to reach the junction of Grapeyard Ridge Trail. The trail starts out with passing the merging of Porters Creek, False Gap Prong, and the Middle Prong of the Little Pigeon River creating the Little Pigeon River that flows north to Sevierville. Other highlights of the trail is creek crossings in five areas along the natural rocks, you will pass remnants of several old homesteads, and an abundance of rhododendron plants.
